Abstract:
A quick loading method for a kernel image file, executed by multicore processors (21, 313), the multicore processors (21, 313) being connected to a nonvolatile storage (311) and a memory (312), and the multicore processors (21, 313) comprising a first core set (211) and a second core set (212), wherein the first core set (211) comprises at least one core, and the second core set (212) comprises a plurality of cores. Said method comprises: the first core set (211) acquiring a plurality of data blocks from a compressed kernel image file within the nonvolatile storage (311); after acquiring each data block, the first core set (211) verifying a current data block which is currently acquired, and when the verification is valid, the first core set (211) placing the current data block in a decompression queue. When at least two cores from the plurality of cores of the second core set (212) have data blocks in the decompression queue, acquiring the data blocks in the decompression queue, and after a plurality of data blocks have been acquired, concurrently decompressing the plurality of data blocks to the memory, thereby ultimately obtaining the kernel image file.
