A quick-release structure (6) and an aquatic robot comprising the quick-release structure (6). The quick-release structure (6) comprises: a connecting rod (61), having a first end portion (611) that can be attached and detached freely; a button (62), comprising a button face (621) on the top of the button (62), the button (62) being capable of moving up and down by pressing the button face (621); a button chamber (622), located at the bottom end of the button (6) and being capable of locking the first end portion (611); and a button wall (623), connected to the button face (621) and the button chamber (622), a through-hole being formed thereon between the button face (621) and the button chamber (622) for the first end portion (611) to freely pass therethrough. The quick-release structure is simple and only requires one button (62) to conveniently detach a bait placing device (3) from a robot main body (1).
