Abstract:
The present utility model provides a quick replacement type tool holder structure having a high positioning precision. The structure comprises a tool head, a tool bar and a tool holder which are connected in sequence; communicating through holes are formed in the centers of the tool bar and the tool holder; a double-ended screw is arranged in the through holes; two ends of the double-ended screw are respectively connected to the tool head and the tool holder; an inner cylindrical surface on the end, close to the tool head, of the through hole of the tool bar is provided with a tool head matching hole; the tool head matching hole is in a connection fit with the tool head. The present utility model has the following beneficial effects: the double-ended screw is connected to the tool head and the tool holder, so that threads are prevented from being arranged on the tool bar, and thus the tool bar can be made of a hard alloy material, and in combination with the structure of the matching hole, the technical problem that the structure of an existing tool holder is too complicated is solved, and the structure of a tool bar which is simple in structure and has high positioning precision is obtained.
