Abstract:
A quick video playing method and apparatus, a server, and an intelligent terminal. The method comprises: generating a plurality of different permission packages according to a video content previewed by a video viewer without a member permission, and acquiring a permission package selected by the video viewer without a member permission at a current moment; and according to a message indicating the successful payment for purchasing the selected permission package in the background, continuously playing the previous previewed video content for the video viewer without a member permission. According to the embodiments of the present application, the problem in the prior art that a non-member needs to search for a previously viewed video again after successfully paying the membership fee can be avoided, and the video can automatically jump to a time point previously allowing free viewing, so that user experience can be improved.
