Abstract:
The present invention relates to the technical field of chemical medicine, and in particular to a quinazoline derivative, and a preparation method therefor and the use thereof. The quinazoline derivative provided by the present invention has a structure as shown in a formula I. The quinazoline derivative of the present invention can inhibit the activities of kinases VEGFR1, VEGFR2 and VEGFR3 at a low nanomolar concentration, and can inhibit the activities of VEGFRs in a dose-dependent manner; and it is verified by means of in vivo anti-tumor experiments that the quinazoline derivative shows an effect of effectively inhibiting the growth of colorectal cancer.
