Disclosed in the present invention are an R-Fe-B based permanent magnet material, and a preparation method therefor and an application thereof. The permanent magnet material has the following properties: Br≥13.3 KGs, and Hcj≥25.1 Koe; the 20-day HAST weight loss is less than or equal to 3 mg/cm2; the bending strength is greater than 440 Mpa. According to the present invention, by means of accurate formula design and method design, when elements such as O, C and N in the permanent magnet material are strictly controlled, the grain boundary phase of the permanent magnet material contains elements such as Ti, Ga, and Cu that are beneficial to the Hcj, weight loss properties and mechanical properties of the permanent magnet material, and the elements are uniformly distributed in the grain boundary phase according to a certain proportion, thereby achieving the effects of refining grains, increasing the wettability and corrosion resistance of the grain boundary, preventing abnormal growth of the grains, and improving the microstructures of the host phase and grain boundary phase of the permanent magnet material in combination with an optimized jet milling powder preparation process and sintering process; thus, an R-Fe-B based permanent magnet material having excellent comprehensive properties is prepared.
