Abstract:
Disclosed are an R-T-B magnet, a preparation method therefor, and a use thereof. The R-T-B magnet comprises R, Fe, B and M; R is a rare earth element; M comprises one or more among Al, Cu and Ga. The R-T-B magnet comprises main phase grain A, grain boundary phase A, main phase grain B and grain boundary phase B; in a region 100 μm in depth inward from the outer surface of the R-T-B magnet, 5%-60% of the main phase grains A is contained, the foregoing percentages being percentages of the volume of the main phase grain A in the volume of the region 100 μm in depth inward from the outer surface of the R-T-B magnet. In the R-T-B sintered magnet of the present invention, Br≥13.4 kGs, Hcj≥25.86 kOe, and the magnet has relatively high squareness.
