Abstract:
The R-T-B sintered magnet according to the present invention is an R-T-B sintered magnet having R2T14B crystal grains, and is characterised by including, at grain boundaries formed by at least two adjacent R2T14B crystal grains, R-O-C concentration sections in which the R, O and C concentration is greater than in the R2T14B crystal grains, with the ratio (O/R) of O atoms to R atoms in the R-O-C concentration sections satisfying formula (1). 0.4<(O/R)<0.7...(1)
