Abstract:
The present invention relates to the field of medicine synthesis, relates to a racemic preparation method for preparing a chiral β-amino acid and a derivative thereof, and particularly relates to a racemization method for a sitagliptin intermediate. Disclosed are (I) and (II), wherein R1 is hydrogen, alkyl, or aryl; R2 is hydrogen, alkyl, or aryl; R3 Is hydrogen, alkyl, aryl, or acyl; R4 is alkyl, aryl, OR', SR', NHR', or NR'R", wherein R' and R" are hydrogen, alkyl, or aryl.
