Abstract:

[Problem] To provide a rack device for infusion pumps, the rack device being configured so that, while the infusion pumps are mounted in the rack device, the rack device enables the infusion pumps to smoothly administer medicines into the body of a patient. [Solution] A rack device (500) for infusion pumps allows infusion pumps (1) to be mounted therein, and the infusion pumps (1) consistently administer medicines within infusion tubes (200) to a patient by pressing the infusion tubes (200). The rack device (500) comprises: a body unit (501) which is provided with mounting sections (C1, C2, C3) arranged vertically next to each other, the mounting sections (C1, C2, C3) allowing the infusion pumps (1) to be removably mounted thereto, the infusion pumps (1) being used in a laterally oriented position; and a communication box (520) which is attached to an end of the body unit (501) and which performs the following operations: the transmission and reception of information, which relates to the administration of the medicines, to and from the infusion pumps (1) mounted to the body unit (501), and the transmission and reception of information to and from the outside of the rack device (500).
