Abstract:
Disclosed is a rack ejector rod for diode packaging, the rack ejector rod comprising an upper ejector rod (1), a lower ejector rod (2), a spring (3) and a locking pin mechanism (4), wherein the upper ejector rod (1) is concavely arranged in a sliding groove (11) matching the lower ejector rod (2) in the axial direction of the upper ejector rod, the spring (3) is arranged in the sliding groove (11), the upper ejector rod (1) is slidably arranged on the lower ejector rod (2) in a sleeving manner, the side wall of the upper ejector rod (1) is symmetrically provided with guide grooves (12) in the axial direction of the upper ejector rod, the corresponding position of the lower ejector rod (2) is radially provided with a first mounting hole (21), the locking pin mechanism (4) is arranged on the first mounting hole (21), and the locking pin mechanism (4) is used for limiting and guiding the upper ejector rod (1) to move up and down. The upper ejector rod (1) is elastically connected to the lower ejector rod (2) by means of the spring (3), such that a rack cannot be damaged by tough ejection when the rack is ejected out; a connecting rod (44) and a right lock block (42) match by using a clamping groove and a clamping strip, such that mounting is convenient, the clamping groove is circumferentially arranged, the connecting rod (44) is fixedly connected to the right lock block (42) under the cooperation of an elastic pin and the clamping strip, and the right lock block (42) is effectively prevented from falling off during use; and in addition, a left lock block (41) and the right lock block (42) are provided with arc surfaces matching the lower ejector rod (2), such that disassembly and assembly of the locking pin mechanism (4) is convenient and fast.
