Abstract:
The rack structure for a distribution warehouse of the present invention comprises: a freight sliding rail fixedly installed on a plurality of transverse supports so as to be disposed at the left and right within each storage space of a body, and extending continuously in the lengthwise direction; a plurality of first guide rails respectively installed on one side of the freight sliding rail; a rear support disposed to the rear in each storage space of the body, and having a caster on the front surface thereof, wherein the caster is installed so as to ride on the first guide rails and slide frontward and rearward so that when a product is extracted from a storage space, the pallet on which the product is loaded is transferred forward; a wire having one end thereof fixed to the front side lower portion of the rear support and the other end thereof crossing the upper and lower peripheries of the transverse supports along the lengthwise direction of the storage spaces, and installed on the lower left and right sides of the rear support so as to be fixed to the rear side lower portion of the rear support; a plurality of second guide rails installed at the lower side of the transverse supports; a wire pulling member having a plurality of casters installed at the front and rear of the top surface thereof, being disposed at a lower side of the second guide rails, wherein the plurality of casters is installed to ride on the second guide rails and slide frontward and rearward, and when progressing toward the rear end of the storage spaces, the wire pulling member grips the wire and moves so as to pull the wire and move the rear support forward, after which the wire pulling member is returned to the initial position thereof without gripping the wire; and a return spring having one end thereof fixed to one of the transverse supports and the other end thereof fixed to one side of the wire pulling member such that, after the wire pulling member moves forward, the return spring contracts and returns the wire pulling member. Accordingly, even in the horizontal state, products can be stored in or removed from the inside of the storage spaces of the body so that the problem of products being dislodged from within the storage spaces of the body and falling can be solved, storage spaces can be partitioned into 3 or more levels, and space utilization and loading efficiency of a distribution warehouse can be significantly improved.
