Abstract:
This radar device (2) sets an adjustment parameter to an arbitrary value, transmits radar waves, and acquires an initial transmission level which is the result of measuring the radar wave transmission level from outside the radar device. In association with this, delayed waves of the radar waves are received from outside the radar device, and an initial reception level which is the result of measuring the delayed wave reception level is acquired (30: S120-S150). A target reception level is then established in accordance with a pre-established target transmission level, and the acquired initial transmission level and initial reception level (30: S160). Updating of the adjustment parameter and measurement of the reception level are then repeated until the reception level matches the target reception level (30: S170).
