Abstract:
A radar device (1) is provided with: a substrate (3); a high-frequency IC (5) that is mounted to the substrate; a shield case (7) that houses the high-frequency IC; and a radio wave absorbing and heat dissipating gel (9) that covers at least part of the high-frequency IC and is in contact with the shield case. The shield case is provided with a protrusion (19) protruding to the high-frequency IC side, for example, in a portion facing the high-frequency IC. The radio wave absorbing and heat dissipating gel is in contact with the protrusion. The surface roughness Rz of a portion that is in contact with the radio wave absorbing and heat dissipating gel of the shield case is, for example, from 10 to 1000.
