Abstract:
Each sector radar generates, from a 2(N+1) (where N is an integer no less than 1) number each of different first and second Spano code sequences and first and second orthogonal code sequences, a first transmission signal and a second transmission signal obtained by multiplying a corresponding Spano code sequence and orthogonal code sequence in accordance with a prescribed order for each transmission cycle, converts the same to a first high-frequency signal and a second high-frequency signal, and transmits each from a first transmission antenna and a second transmission antenna. The first orthogonal code sequence and second orthogonal code sequence used by each of the 2(N+1) sector radars are mutually orthogonal over M (where M is an integer no less than 2) times 2(N+1) transmission cycles.
