Abstract:
The invention relates to the radial drive in the different exemplary embodiments. The invention relates to the field of mechanical engineering. It relates to combined rolling transmission/planetary gear set embodiments, or simple rolling transmission/planetary gear set embodiments in conjunction with variable speed transmission/planetary gear set embodiments. The variable speed and rolling transmission/planetary gear set embodiments joined in the radial drive in each case are one or more rolling transmissions and variable speed transmissions combined as a planetary gear set embodiment. The spectrum of applications of the radial drive includes the power transmission technology and/or drive technology. With respect to FIG. 1, the radial drive comprises the inner shaft (1), the input shaft (2), several variable speed transmission planetary gear sets (3-6), a combined rolling transmission planetary gear set (6, 8-10b, 12, 13), the inner guide disk (7), the flange (11), the outer guide disk with transition piece (14), the carrier (15), and the carrier shaft (16). With the radial drive it is possible to influence the torque introduced in the radial drive and the power differently from the known simple and combined planetary gear set embodiments, which is to say the output torque and output power can be increased, while maintaining the same input.
