Abstract:
A radial tyre bead, comprising a bead steel wire ring (1), an outer portion of the bead steel wire ring (1) being sequentially wrapped with a carcass ply (2) and bead steel wire cloth (3). The carcass ply (2) is wound around a bottom portion of the bead steel wire ring (1) from the inside of the bead steel wire ring (1) to the outside and then turns up to form a ply turn-up portion (4). The bead steel wire cloth (3) is wound around the bottom portion of the bead steel wire ring (1) from the inside of the bead steel wire ring (1) to the outside and then turns up to form a bead steel wire cloth turn-up portion (9). An auxiliary steel wire ring (5) is arranged on the bead steel wire ring (1). The bead steel wire cloth turn-up portion (9) passes between the bead steel wire ring (1) and the auxiliary steel wire ring (5) and extends upwardly along the inside of the auxiliary steel wire ring (5). The end of the ply turn-up portion (4) lies between the bead steel wire ring (1) and the auxiliary steel wire ring (5). An upper portion of the auxiliary steel wire ring (5) is provided with bead filler (6).
