Abstract:
The present invention provides a radiant cooling device in which a radiation surface can be brought into a colored state with the minimal degradation in radiant cooling performance. The radiant cooling device includes an infrared radiation layer A that radiates infrared IR from a radiation surface H and an optical reflective layer B located on the opposite side of the infrared radiation layer A from the radiation surface H, the infrared radiation layer A and the optical reflective layer B being laminated on one another. The optical reflective layer B is constituted by laminating, in order from the infrared radiation layer A side, a first metal layer B1 formed from silver or a silver alloy and having a thickness of 10-100 nm, a transparent dielectric layer B2, and a second metal layer B3 that reflects light having passed through the first metal layer B1 and the transparent dielectric layer B2. The thickness of the transparent dielectric layer B2 is set such that the resonance wavelength of the optical reflective layer B is within the range of 400-800 nm.
