Abstract:
The present invention provides a radiation detector comprising: a scintillator for absorbing radiation; and a photodetector formed in the scintillator, wherein the photodetector comprises: a first contact electrode and a second contact electrode arranged at positions spaced from each other; and an active layer connected between the first contact electrode and the second contact electrode so as to form a moving path of an electron, wherein the active layer is formed from a two-dimensional nanomaterial, which provides ductility, so as to be deformed in response to the shape of the scintillator.
