Abstract:
This radiation detector is provided with: a substrate; a plurality of element sections, each of which is disposed by being separated from the substrate, and includes a photoelectric conversion element; an embedded layer formed in regions among the element sections; and a wavelength conversion layer, which is formed on the element sections, and converts inputted radiation into light. Each of the element sections has a first surface facing the wavelength conversion layer, and a second surface facing the substrate, and an upper end of the embedded layer is disposed at a position higher than the second surfaces of the element sections.
