The present invention provides a radiation device and a base station antenna. The radiation device of the present invention comprises: an oscillator radiator, a supporting plate parallel to and spaced apart from the oscillator radiator, an oscillator support disposed between the oscillator radiator and the supporting plate, the oscillator support comprising an annular body and four supporting pieces extending outwards from the periphery of the body, the supporting pieces being perpendicularly connected to the supporting plate, and the four supporting pieces being distributed at equal intervals in the circumferential direction of the body; four oscillator radiation lines disposed on the supporting pieces respectively and coupled with the oscillator radiator at intervals; and two sets of differential feed lines disposed on the supporting plate, each set of differential feed lines comprising a differential feed port and two feed output ports, and the two feed output ports being respectively connected to the two oscillator radiation lines which are not adjacent in the circumferential direction of the body. The oscillator radiator, the supporting plate, the oscillator support, the oscillator radiation lines, and the differential feed lines are manufactured separately and then assembled; therefore, the assembly is simple, and the assembly cost is reduced.
