Abstract:
A treatment planning device 501 and a clinical assessment assistance device 701 calculate dose distribution, calculate damages to the normal tissue with respect to a plurality of radiation exposure times on the basis of the calculated dose distribution, and either display at least one or more of the calculated damages to the normal tissue on a display device 603, 703 or output the same outside the devices 501 and 701. Thus, the effects of radiation in relation to the plurality of radiation exposure times can be calculated, thereby allowing the optimum exposure time to be presented so that information for determining the suitability of the radiation exposure plan can be presented to an operator or a doctor.
