Abstract:

Disclosed is a radiation image conversion panel which has improved optical output and resolution. Specifically disclosed is a radiation image conversion panel (1) which comprises an FOP (2), a heat-resistant resin layer (3) that is formed on a surface (2a) of the FOP (2), and a scintillator (4) that is composed of a columnar crystal and formed on a surface (3a) of the heat-resistant resin layer (3) by vapor deposition, said surface (3a) being on the reverse side of the FOP (2)-side surface. The radiation image conversion panel (1) is characterized in that the surface energy of the surface (3a) of the heat-resistant resin layer (3) is set to be 20 mN/m or more but less than 35 mN/m. As a result, the base portion of the scintillator (4) has good crystallinity and deterioration in transmittance or scattering of scintillation light at the base portion of the scintillator (4) can be suppressed.
