Abstract:
In order to obtain more detailed information relating to the cumulative dose of radiation and perform more accurate AEC, detection pixels (41b) for AEC for stopping the application of X rays when the cumulative dose of the X rays reaches a target dose are arranged in a sensor panel (30) of an electronic cassette (13). A plurality of small blocks (76) in each of which a plurality of detection elements (41b) for calculating the cumulative dose are included are provided in each of a plurality of large blocks (75) into which an image capture region (40) is divided. The small blocks (76) are arranged so as not to overlap in directions along signal lines (45).
