Abstract:
Provided is a panorama image pickup device as a radiation image pickup device. The panorama image pickup device is provided with an X ray tube (31), a detector (32), and movement means (23, 24). The X ray tube (31) radiates an X ray as a radiation. The detector (32) outputs frame data of a digital electrical quantity corresponding to the X ray when the X ray is incident. The movement means (23, 24) move a pair of the X ray tube and the detector with respect to an object to be tested. The panorama image pickup device is further provided with means (12, 41, 52-57) for collecting pieces of frame data output from the detector while the pair of the X ray tube and the detector is being moved, and means (12, 56) for creating a three-dimensional optimal focused image obtained by optimizing a focus of an image pickup portion of the object to be tested with the use of the collected pieces of data and reflecting the actual size and shape of the image pickup portion.
