Abstract:
This radiation image pickup device is provided with: a sensor unit that includes two sensor substrates laminated to each other; a base that supports the sensor unit; an electric component on the side opposite to the sensor unit with respect to the base; and a heat insulating member including a portion positioned between the electric component and the sensor unit. The heat conductivity of the heat insulating member is lower than the heat conductivity of the base.
