A radiation imaging device which comprises: a substrate on which a plurality of conversion elements are arranged in a two-dimensional array, and which transmits light; a first scintillator which is arranged on a first surface side of the substrate; and a second scintillator which is arranged on a second surface side of the substrate, said second surface being on the reverse side of the first surface. The plurality of conversion elements include a plurality of first conversion elements and a plurality of second conversion elements; the plurality of first conversion elements are arranged so as to receive light from the first scintillator and light from the second scintillator; the plurality of second conversion elements are arranged so as to receive less amount of light from the first scintillator than the first conversion elements by arranging light-blocking layers respectively between the first scintillator and the plurality of second conversion elements, while being arranged so as to receive light from the second scintillator.
