Abstract:
A radiation imaging device according to one embodiment comprises a radiation detection panel having a first surface upon which a detection region is formed and a second surface on the opposite side to the first surface, a base substrate having a support surface which faces the second surface of the radiation detection panel and supports the radiation detection panel, and a flexible circuit board connected to the radiation detection panel, wherein the the base substrate edge corresponding to the section where the flexible circuit substrate is connected is positioned further inward than the edge of the radiation detection panel as viewed from a Z-direction perpendicular to the support surface, and the base substrate has a protruding portion that protrudes further outward than the radiation detection panel at a position that does not overlap with the flexible circuit board as viewed from the Z-direction.
