Abstract:
This radiation measurement probe 12 contains a radiation detector 62 for converting radiation into light, a photodetector 64 for detecting light and outputting a detection signal, and a front-side inner case 36 that functions as a hollow member for housing at least the radiation detector 62. The front-side inner case 36 has a tip-end wall 115 which faces the front surface of the radiation detector 62. The operation of a rotating member 78 and a transmission member 80 imparts a pressing force onto the rear surface of the radiation detector 62, and as a result, the radiation detector 62 is sandwiched and held between the tip-end section of the transmission member 80 and the tip-end wall 115.
