Abstract:
This radiation module comprises: a container which has a working fluid sealed therein, and which has an evaporator for evaporating the sealed working fluid and a condenser for condensing the evaporated working fluid; and a wick which is disposed within the container and allows the condensed working fluid to move from the condenser to the evaporator by capillary force. The wick has a plurality of wick portions which form a plurality of liquid flow paths leading to the evaporator from the condenser. The plurality of wick portions have facing portions which face each other with the vapor flow path for the working fluid sandwiched therebetween, and at least one of the facing portions is formed with recessed and protruding portions.
