The present invention relates to a radiator having an increased heat dissipation surface area and a manufacturing method thereof and, more specifically, to a radiator having an increased heat dissipation surface area and a manufacturing method thereof, the radiator comprising: a heat dissipation substrate for performing heat dissipation; and a heat dissipation layer formed on the surface of the heat dissipation substrate so as to increase a heat dissipation area.
