CLAIMS A radiator interconnection apparatus comprising at least two connection members (1) each comprising at least a primary opening (1a) allowing intake of fluid inside, a second opening (1 b) allowing exit of fluid from inside, at least a third opening (1c) located on a surface different from first opening (1a) and second opening (1b) and allowing transmission of fluid, having a structure convenient for placement of a pipe end inside it, having hollow cylinder structure convenient for passing of fluid through it, providing transmission of fluid in at least two different directions and providing connection to radiator, and convenient for use in a radiator providing distribution of heat received from fluid in hot form passing there through, into surrounding, helping progress of fluid in hot form inside radiator, providing prevention of leakage occurring due to changing pressure values during fluid transmission and increasing resistance against pressure effect characterized in comprising at least one intermediate transmission member (2) comprising at least two insulation extensions (2a) connected to said connection members (1 ) and located in a manner extending between said connection members (1 ), having structure convenient for placement of each end into said third opening (1c) and located in a manner each to be close to said ends on said surface not contacting fluid and extending outward from said surface, providing increase in surface area contacting said connection members (1) upon placement of said ends to said third opening (1c) and preventing undesired leakages from said third opening (1c) during fluid transmission, in the form of hollow pipe allowing transmission of fluid therein, helping transmission of fluid between said connection members (1 ). The radiator interconnection apparatus according to claim 1 , characterized in that each of said connection members (1) surface cross-section perpendicular to fluid flowing direction is in circular form. The radiator interconnection apparatus according to claim 1 , characterized in that each of said connection members (1) is made from stainless steel material. The radiator interconnection apparatus according to claim 1 , characterized in that each of said connection members (1) is a collector. 8

5. The radiator interconnection apparatus according to claim 1 , characterized in that said intermediate transmission member (2) surface cross-sections perpendicular to fluid flowing direction is in circular form.

6. The radiator interconnection apparatus according to claim 1 , characterized in that said intermediate transmission member (2) is made from stainless steel material.

7. The radiator interconnection apparatus according to claim 1 , characterized in that said intermediate transmission member (2) is a recycling pipe.

8. The radiator interconnection apparatus according to claim 1 , characterized in that radiator is an aluminium cast radiator section.

A production method for an interconnection apparatus providing production of radiator interconnection apparatus according to claim 1 and providing increase of radiator use life characterized comprising steps of forming said insulation extensions (2a) by applying infiltration operation to both end of said intermediate transmission member (1), placement of each end of said intermediate transmission member (1) into one of said third openings (1c) in a manner that each of said insulation extensions (2a) contacts one of said connection members (1 ), fixing said intermediate transmission member (2) and said connection members (1) in a manner not allowing leakage by applying welding operation.

10. The production method for radiator interconnection apparatus according to claim 9, characterized in that said radiator is an aluminium cast radiator section.

11. The production method for radiator interconnection apparatus according to claim 9, characterized in that said welding operation is electric resistance welding method.

The production method for interconnection apparatus according to claim 9 characterized in comprising steps of drilling grooves located in a manner close to inner surface of said connection members (1), said first opening (1a) and said second opening (1 b) and providing locking into a connection part like nipple, and in a structure compatible with directions of threads on said part and form thereof.

RADIATOR INTERCONNECTION APPARATUS AND PRODUCTION METHOD OF INTERCONNECTION APPARATUS

DESCRIPTION

Technical Field

Invention relates to a radiator interconnection apparatus providing prevention of leakage in aluminium cast radiator and increasing radiator use life, and a production method for interconnection apparatus.

Invention particularly relates to a radiator interconnection apparatus convenient for use inside aluminium cast radiator core sections, providing prevention of leakages occurring in radiators in time due to use and increasing total use life of radiator, and a production method for the interconnection apparatus.

Present State of the Art

In heating sector, radiators helping transfer of heat taken from fluids in hot form passing through them like aluminium cast radiator sections are used. Insert parts in form of pipe in structure allowing passage of fluids there through for transmission of hot fluids inside the radiator are used. Said pipe insert parts are generally made from steel for providing resistance against wearing and tearing, and comprises a pipe called "recycling pipe" and empty cylinder form connection parts called “collectors mounted on ends of said pipe. During said pipe insert parts production a narrowing process is applied onto both ends of recycling pipe by means of "machining" method and thus it is provided to extend outer surface diameter of recycling pipe outward. Thus, easy placement of conic shaped ends into housing on collector body is provided. After placement, welding operation is performed by use gas metal arc welding or resistance welding to fix recycling pipe and collectors to each other.

Particularly, in multi-storey buildings, said fluid should be transmitted at higher pressure values for transfer of fluids in hot form to top storeys. However, upon application of narrowing operation onto recycling pipe, contact of ends of recycling pipe to outer surface of collector is completely prevented and depending on long-time use of radiator, negative consequences such as leakage from areas where recycling pipe and collectors are joined arising out of changing pressure differences of the fluid are prevented. While operation efficiency of radiator reduces due to leakage effect, leakage causes damage to radiator and reduces use life thereof. From the related art, patent document numbered W02010131272A1 discloses a connection apparatus providing distribution and collection of fluid in hot form for aluminium cast radiator, and a production method for it. Said connection apparatus comprises a head part made from aluminium alloy produced in cast, providing collection and distribution of fluid and an interconnection pipe made from steel material and connected to head part. Each end of interconnection pipe is shaped in cone with outer surface diameters decreasing towards end and connected to head part by help of forced coupling. Said head part comprises more than one fluid transmission opening of convenient structure for placement of connection pipe end into entrance of each and main transmission opening providing transmission of fluid collected from transmission openings through one single line. While gradual form casting operation is applied during manufacture of head part, flexible deformation operation is applied for shaping end parts of connection pipe. By help of said connection apparatus, a radiator connection apparatus eliminating problem of heavy weight seen in radiators made from iron material and low heat transfer problem encountered in radiators comprising pipes made from plastic material is obtained. However, it does not mention elimination of leakage problem occurring between transmission openings and insert connection pipe on particularly head part due to long-time use and varying fluid pressure and thus does not disclose efficient long operation life of radiator either.

As a result, a radiator interconnection apparatus convenient for use inside particularly aluminium cast radiator sections and providing prevention of leakages occurring in time due to long time use, increasing physical resistance against high fluid pressures of radiators and use life, and a production method for such apparatus is needed.

Purpose of the Invention

The present invention relates to a radiator interconnection apparatus and a production method for such interconnection apparatus meeting the needs mentioned above, eliminating potential disadvantages and providing some additional advantages.

Primary purpose of the radiator interconnection apparatus and production method disclosed under the invention is to provide a radiator interconnection apparatus helping transmission of fluid in hot form inside radiator and providing prevention of fluid leakage occurring due to changing pressure effect due to long time use of radiator, and a production method for interconnection apparatus. Another purpose of the invention is to obtain a radiator interconnection apparatus providing increase in physical resistance of radiator against high fluid pressure and a production method for the interconnection apparatus.

A further purpose of the invention is to obtain an effective radiator interconnection apparatus providing prevention of damages occurring to radiator in time due to leakage effect and thus providing increase in use life of radiator and continuation of radiator use in an efficient way, and a production method for the interconnection apparatus.

In order to achieve above mentioned purposes in the most general manner, radiator interconnection apparatus developed under the present invention comprises at least two connection members each comprising at least one primary opening allowing intake of fluid inside, a second opening allowing exit of fluid from inside, at least a third opening located on a surface different from first opening and second opening and allowing transmission of fluid, having a structure convenient for placement of a pipe end inside it and providing transmission of fluid in at least two different directions and providing connection to radiator. Radiator interconnection apparatus provides distribution of heat taken from fluid in hot form passing through it, to surrounding, prevention of leakage occurring due to changing pressure values during transmission of fluid and increasing resistance against pressure effect. In addition, it comprises at least an interconnection transmission member comprising at least two insulation extensions providing increase in surface area contacting connection members upon placement of end parts into third opening and preventing undesired leakage during fluid transmission, from third opening during fluid transmission, helping transfer of fluid between connection members.

Production method for interconnection apparatus providing production of radiator interconnection apparatus developed under the invention in a manner to prevent leakage under varying pressure values and providing increase in radiator use life comprises steps of forming insulation extensions by applying inflation to both ends of intermediate transmission members, placement of each end of intermediate transmission member into one of third openings in a manner each of insulation extensions contact one of connection members, fixing intermediate transmission member and connection members by applying welding operation in a manner not allowing leakage.

The structural and characteristics features of the invention and all advantages will be understood better in detailed descriptions with the figures given below and with reference to the figures, and therefore, the assessment should be made taking into account the said figures and detailed explanations. Detailed Description of the Invention

In this detailed description, radiator interconnection apparatus and production method for interconnection apparatus of this invention and the preferred embodiments have been disclosed solely for the purpose of better understanding of the subject and described in a manner not causing any restrictive effect.

Radiator interconnection apparatus developed under present invention of which illustrative view is shown in figure 1 comprises at least two connection members (1 ) each comprising at least one primary opening (1a) allowing intake of fluid inside, a second opening (1b) allowing exit of fluid from inside, at least a third opening (1c) located on a surface different from first opening (1 a) and second opening (1 b) and allowing transmission of fluid, having a structure convenient for placement of a pipe end inside it, having hollow cylinder structure convenient for passing of fluid through it, preferably in circular form with surface cross-section perpendicular to flowing direction of fluid, made from stainless steel and/or being a collector, providing transmission of fluid in at least two different directions and providing connection to radiator. Radiator interconnection apparatus developed under present invention and convenient for use in preferably aluminium cast radiator section provides distribution of heat received from fluid in hot form and passing there through, into surrounding, helps progress of fluid in hot form inside the radiator, provides leakage occurring during fluid transmission due to changing pressure values and provides increasing of resistance against pressure effect. It also comprises at least an intermediate transmission member (2) comprising at least two insulation extensions (2a) connected to connection members (1) and located in a manner extending between connection members (1 ) , having structure convenient for placement of each end into third opening (1c) and located in a manner each to be close to ends on the surface not contacting fluid and extending outward from surface, providing increase in surface area contacting connection members (1 ) upon placement of ends to third opening (1c) and preventing undesired leakages from third opening (1c) during fluid transmission, in the form of hollow pipe allowing transmission of fluid therein, preferably surface cross-sectional circular form perpendicular to extension direction, made from stainless steel material and/or being a recycling pipe, helping transmission of fluid between connection members (1).

In an illustrative sample of radiator interconnection apparatus developed under present invention, placement of intermediate transmission member (2) end into third opening (1c) is provided in a manner insulation extension (2a) contacts outer surface of connection member (1 ). Then fixing connection members (1) to intermediate transmission member (2) ends is provided by use of welding operation. Thus, insulation extensions (2a) contact connection member (1 ) and closing surrounding of third openings (1c) is provided. Therefore, empty space between third opening (1c) and intermediate transmission member (1) ends is closed in a way not allowing leakage and leakage of radiator interconnection apparatus due to changing fluid pressure effect is prevented. Lastly, connection of radiator interconnection apparatus to radiator is provided by means of connection members (1).

Production method for interconnection apparatus providing production of radiator interconnection apparatus developed under the invention in a manner to prevent leakage under varying pressure values and providing increase in radiator use life comprises steps of forming insulation extensions (2a) by applying inflation to both ends of intermediate transmission members (1), placement of each end of intermediate transmission member (1) into one of third openings (1c) in a manner each of insulation extensions (2a) contact one of connection members (1), fixing intermediate transmission member (2) and connection members (1) by applying welding operation which is preferably an electrical resistance welding method, in a manner not allowing leakage.

In a preferred embodiment of the invention, said production method for interconnection apparatus comprises steps of drilling grooves located in a manner close to inner surface of said connection members (1), said first opening (1 a) and said second opening (1 b) and providing locking into a connection part like nipple, and in a structure compatible with directions of threads on said part and form thereof. Thus, interlocking of said parts and said connection members (1) in a manner not allowing leakage between them during fluid transmission is provided.

With radiator interconnection apparatus and production method for interconnection apparatus, leakages occurring particularly inside aluminium cast radiators in time due to long-time use is prevented. Thus, an effective and efficient radiator interconnection apparatus providing increase in physical resistance of radiator against high fluid pressure and increase in use life, and a production method for the interconnection apparatus is obtained.
