Abstract:
The present invention addresses the problem of providing a radiator manufacturing method whereby a radiator having high thermal conductivity can be easily manufactured. The radiator manufacturing method is characterized by including: a preparation step of preparing a block to be cut (10) which is provided with a base block (11) and a heat medium pipe (P) penetrating through the base block (11); and a cutting step of cutting the block to be cut (10) by relatively moving a multi-cutter (20) and the block to be cut (10), the multi-cutter being provided with a plurality of disc cutters (22) spaced apart from each other in parallel, so as to form a plurality of fins while leaving non-cut regions around the heat medium pipe (P).
