Abstract:
The objective of a first invention of the present invention is to provide a radical generating catalyst that is capable of generating (producing) radicals under mild conditions. In order to achieve said objective, a first radical generating catalyst in the first invention of the present invention is characterized by including ammonium and/or a salt thereof. A second radical generating catalyst in the first invention of the present invention is characterized by including an organic compound that has Lewis acidity and/or Brensted acidity.
