Abstract:
Provided is a radio access system (100) in which a first operator (#1) and a second operator (#2) share a predetermined band. A radio base station (111) belongs to the first operator (#1) and transmits broadcast information indicating a priority level of the first operator (#1) in the predetermined band. A radio base station (112) belongs to the second operator (#2) and performs radio communication by use of a band established on the basis of both the broadcast information transmitted by the radio base station (111) and a priority level of the second operator (#2) in the predetermined band.
