Abstract:
Provided is a radio apparatus that can achieve improvement of reliability of communications, enlargement of cell area, improvement of PER, and improvement of system performance. A radio apparatus according to an embodiment of the invention, which is a radio apparatus for transmitting information to another radio apparatus, comprises: a signal processing unit that generates a symbol sequence; a transmission vector calculating unit that converts the symbol sequence to a plurality of transmission symbol sequences and that controls, on the basis of a channel estimation for the other radio apparatus, the phases of the transmission symbol sequences such that the phases of the transmission symbol sequences are common or opposite phases; and a plurality of antennas for transmitting the respective ones of the plurality of transmission symbol sequences.
