Abstract:
[Problem] A general LTE mobile communication system that performs handover controls has a possibility that the handover controls will fail. [Solution] Provided is a mobile communication system that implements handover controls, wherein: the radio base station apparatus of a handover source cell comprises a resource reserving means that informs, to the radio base station apparatus of a handover destination cell, resources to be reserved in advance and an identifier corresponding to the number of the resources prior to implementation of the handover control; and the radio base station apparatus of the handover source cell comprises a resource reservation executing means that, prior to implementation of the handover control, receives, from the radio base station apparatus of the handover source cell, the resources to be reserved in advance and the identifier corresponding to the number of the resources and reserves, as the resources to be used for the handovers, the resources which correspond to the identifier and the number of which is the same as said number of the resources in advance.
