Abstract:
The objective of the invention is to prevent, in a collision type of D2D discovery in inter-terminal direct communications, the occurrence of inter-symbol interferences between the D2D discovery and the usual uplink communication. A radio base station, which can communicate with user terminals capable of executing inter-terminal direct communications, comprises: a control unit that allocates a type-2 discovery resource range immediately after a type-1 discovery resource range with no interval therebetween, thereby establishing a D2D discovery resource range; and a transmission unit that transmits information of the allocation of the D2D discovery resource range.
