A radio communication apparatus (1) comprises: a transmission processing unit (14) for generating a radio packet including first data and second data; and a transmission antenna (15) for transmitting the generated radio packet, and is characterized in that: the first data is data of a type which requires higher reliability than the second data; each of a plurality of radio packets includes different second data; and a plurality of radio packets that are successively transmitted include the first data of the same contents.
