Abstract:
If it is detected that one communication channel is used by another radio communication device, then, once it is no longer detected that the one communication channel is used by the other radio communication device, after waiting a randomly selected backoff time from a time less than or equal to the upper limit of the backoff time, a connection processing unit (13) causes the transmission processing unit (17) to transmit a response signal. The upper limit of the backoff time when registering a communication partner is less than the upper limit of the backoff time when performing normal communication with a communication partner after completion of processing for registering the communication partner.
