Abstract:
A radio communication method in which a centralized unit that has the signal processing function of a radio communication device that has a signal processing function and a communication function uses a communication function to transmit an optical signal that has a shape that corresponds to a transmission target downlink radio signal to a communication target radio unit that, of two or more radio units that are connected to the centralized unit via an optical fiber and have a communication function, is to perform communication with an external communication device and thereby performs beamforming control of the communication target radio unit, and the communication target radio unit communicates with the external communication device under the control of the centralized unit.
