Abstract:
Provided in embodiments of the present application are a radio communication method and a device, allowing for uplink data on an unlicensed band and preventing resource wastage. The method comprises: a terminal device utilizes a first RNTI to demodulate a PDCCH received on a carrier of an unlicensed band so as to acquire an uplink scheduling resource on the carrier of the unlicensed band, the first RNTI being an RNTI shared by multiple terminal devices; the terminal device listens to the carrier of the licensed band before the time-domain position of the uplink scheduling resource; when the carrier of the unlicensed band is idle, the terminal device utilizes the uplink scheduling resource to transmit to a network device a second RNTI and uplink data to be transmitted, the second RNTI being a C-RNTI of the terminal device.
