Abstract:
Provided in the embodiments of the present application are a radio communication method, a user equipment, an electronic device, and a storage medium. The method comprises: according to a received target instruction, determining to perform listen before talk (LBT), wherein the target instruction is used for instructing a UE to switch from a source cell to a first target cell in a shared spectrum network; and if an LBT failure occurs during the process of performing random access on a target cell, recording, according to a switching result, LBT failure information in at least one of a radio link failure (RLF) report, a random access report and a switching success report.
