Abstract:

Any region among a plurality of regions, that are divided into for each of the groups into which a plurality of base station cells are divided, is determined as a main region. When a mobile terminal receives a signal from a second base station other than a first base station to which the mobile terminal is connected, the mobile terminal reports adjacent state information indicating the group to which the cell of the second base station belongs, to the first base station. The first base station allocates to the mobile terminal, a channel belonging to a region excluding the main region of the group indicated by the adjacent state information reported from the mobile terminal.
