Abstract:
A radio communication terminal, which has a plurality of communication means for performing respective communications with a plurality of communication systems, comprises threshold value setting means for setting threshold values of quality determination of signals, which the communication means receive from base stations, for the respective communication means; determining means for determining, based on the threshold values, whether the communication means can perform communication; and changing means for changing threshold values to other ones as set by the threshold value setting means when the determining means determines that at least two communication means can perform communication and when a handoff occurs in one of the communication means.
