Abstract:
Disclosed in the present application are a radio-frequency heating method and a radio-frequency heating device. The radio-frequency heating method comprises: cladding an object to be heated by using a surrounding medium; and performing radio-frequency heating on the object to be heated clad by the surrounding medium, the surrounding medium being an alcoholic solution. According to the radio-frequency heating method of the embodiment of the present application, the alcoholic solution is used as the surrounding medium to clad the object to be heated, which improves the heating uniformity of the object to be heated in a radio-frequency heating process, avoids the energy concentration effect of corners and edges in the radio-frequency heating process, and ensures the quality of the object to be heated after the heating process. In particular, when the object to be heated is a food to be thawed, the radio-frequency heating method according to the embodiment of the present application improves the quality of a thawed food. The method overcomes the energy concentration effect of corners and edges in a regular food, and at the same time, resolves the problem of uneven electromagnetic field distribution caused by uneven thickness of an irregular food, thereby avoiding non-uniform heating to the irregular food.
