Abstract:

Disclosed are a radio frequency IC device having stable frequency characteristics, and a composite component for radio frequency IC devices. Specifically disclosed is a radio frequency IC device comprising a radio frequency IC chip (5), a feed circuit board (10f) mounted with the radio frequency IC chip (5) and having a feed circuit including inductance elements (L1, L2), and a radiation plate electromagnetically coupled to the inductance elements (L1, L2) of the feed circuit. The feed circuit board (10f) is provided with a high-permeability magnetic portion (100) composed of a high-permeability magnetic material, and a part of the inductance elements (L1, L2) is formed on the high-permeability magnetic portion (100).
