Abstract:
The present application provides a radio frequency power amplifier capable of performing harmonic suppression. One end of an input matching circuit is connected to a radio frequency input end, and the other end of the input matching circuit is connected to a base of a power amplifier transistor. A collector of the power amplifier transistor is connected to a power supply voltage by means of a first matching branch. An emitter of the power amplifier transistor is connected to a first connection point on a packaging substrate. The collector of the power amplifier transistor is connected to a radio frequency output end by means of a second matching branch. The second matching branch is connected to the package substrate. A first end of a harmonic control circuit is connected to the collector of the power amplifier transistor. A second end of the harmonic control circuit is connected to a second connection point on the package substrate. Among multiple metal layers of the package substrate, a metal layer farthest from the power amplifier transistor is a first metal layer. The first connection point and the second connection point are located on a second metal layer of the multiple metal layers, and the first connection point is connected to the second connection point. Among the multiple metal layers, the second metal layer is closest to the power amplifier transistor.
