Abstract:
A radio frequency power supply for a laser, comprising a first power amplification module (1), an output matching microstrip circuit (2), a second power amplification module (3), a third power amplification module (4), a fourth power amplification module (5), a water-cooled heat dissipation plate (6), and a power synthesising microstrip circuit (7); the first power amplification module (1), the second power amplification module (3), the third power amplification module (4), the fourth power amplification module (5), and the output matching microstrip circuit (2) are mounted at the front of the water-cooled heat dissipation plate (6), and the four power amplification modules (1, 3, 4, 5) pass the radio frequency power current by means of electrodes through the water-cooled heat dissipation plate to four input terminals (8, 9, 10, 11) welded to the power synthesising microstrip circuit (7); the power synthesising microstrip circuit (7) is mounted at the back of the water-cooled heat dissipation plate (6), and is used for synthesising the currents of the four power amplification modules (1, 3, 4, 5) into one output, the output being outputted by means of an electrode through the water-cooled heat dissipation plate (6) to the output matching microstrip circuit (2) mounted at the front, the output matching microstrip circuit (2) implementing matching processing of the signal and finally outputting same to the laser. The radio frequency power supply has high power density and a small volume, and can be installed inside a laser.
