Abstract:
A radio network control device (104) has configuration to output to a terminal (101a), connection information required for the terminal (101a) capable of communicating with a mobile communication network and a radio LAN (Local Area Network) network to perform communication in the radio LAN network among the&bsol information inputted from WLAN relay devices (105a, 105b) performing connection control of at least one radio LAN access networks (103a, 103b). This realizes a handover of packet communication between the mobile communication network and the radio LAN without a break.
